Villa Azucena is a resort and a hotel business that was established last December 2002 by Mr. Jesus G. Sunga. The resort is very accessible because it is located along the Olongapo-Gapan Road Highway, San Matias, Guagua, Pampanga.
The goal and vision of the management is to provide good service, relaxing and convenient atmosphere with total customer satisfaction.
The place is warm and cool because of the many mango trees surrounding it. The resort is being renovated yearly for continuous improvement.
Currently the resort has eight(8) swimming pools. Four(4) swimming pools for the children and four(4) swimming pools for the adults.
The resort operates from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. The entrance fee per head is P50.00 (adult or children) and they can stay from 8am to 4pm. While the night swimming entrance is P60.00 from 3pm to 9pm. Children from one year old below are free of the entrance fee.

This function hall can be used for Christmas Party, Wedding Party, Christening, Birthday Party, Reunion, and other family affairs and occasions.
The Villa Azucena Resort and Hotel is strict and very much concerned for the safety and security of their customers, especially in the swimming pools. The resort has assigned 3-10 lifeguards. The management is very much happy to report that since the opening of their business there was no incidence of drowning in their swimming pools and not report of crime took place in the resort.
The Villas has its hotel also. There are eight(8) regular rooms and 4 family rooms provided with television, air conditioner, and a fan. Their rooms are well ventilated and the facilities are good. The dining table is also included. Each room had their own comfort rooms with showers. Reservation for the family room is P2,300 while the regular rooms are P1,350 within 24 hours. Downpayment for the reservation is P500.00.
For short stay at the hotel room, a customer just have to pay for P320.00 within 3 hours stay.
The management gives discounts on customers requesting for reservations.
